Using a set of proprietary tools, our career strategists will guide you through a thorough self-reflection on your skills, experiences and values. From here, your strategist will determine the appropriate third-party assessment tools to add depth and objectivity to the discussion. We rely heavily on The Birkman Method®, as it provides both invaluable insights and a realistic means to manage positive, productive change. Crosworks has experience with a variety of tools and will align the appropriate tool to maximize your learning and growth.

CAREER INSIGHTS

You and your career strategist will explore the findings of your self-reflection and assessment and discuss their implications for your career. During this phase, we work collaboratively to develop a dashboard of insights to guide future career decision-making and goal setting.

GOAL SETTING

In this phase, it’s time to translate your hard work and insight into focused and targeted goals for what’s next and develop a roadmap to achieving these goals.

TAKING ACTION

Your career strategist will provide personal support as you take action to achieve your goals. This could be regular encouragement, tools and tips, outside resources, new connections, accountability and advice as you navigate new networks and act on your plan.
