Celia has 30 years of improving corporate and individual performance that transitioned from human resource leadership roles in the quick-service restaurant industry to founding Crosworks. She has worked with thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations, large, small, public, private and non-profit.
To help clients discover their “right job,” Celia holds numerous certifications in the Birkman Method and from the Drucker Institute. Additionally, she has training in Emotional Intelligence and has trained with Marshall Goldsmith. She received a bachelor’s degree in communication from The Ohio State University.
