I have 30 years of improving corporate and individual performance that transitioned from human resource leadership roles in the quick-service restaurant industry to founding Crosworks. I have worked with thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations, large, small, public, private, and non-profit.
To help clients discover their “right job,” I hold numerous certifications in the Birkman Method and from the Drucker Institute. Additionally, I have training in Emotional Intelligence, and have trained with Marshall Goldsmith. I received a bachelor’s degree in communication from The Ohio State University.
I enjoy, and am fulfilled, helping clients gain the self-knowledge and confidence to manage their careers. It is amazing how performance soars when the fit is right.
