As a career coach with Crosworks, Eden Sulzer is known for her ability to identify her clients’ unique talents and career aspirations and develop a clear plan to turn their vision to a reality. Coaching is a natural extension of her more than 20 years of experience as a marketing and communications leader in agency and corporate settings.
As an expert in personal brand, she works with her clients to help them tell their stories in an authentic, yet compelling way – building reputation and boosting credibility.
Before transitioning to her coaching career, Sulzer served as director of marketing in Cardinal Health’s pharmaceutical distribution business and led the company’s internal communications function. She is deeply committed to gender parity, helping women address the barriers they face in pursuing leadership opportunities. Recognizing a gender gap in pharmacy ownership, she founded Cardinal Health Women in Pharmacy, a nationally recognized leadership development program featured at the 2014 United Nations International Women’s Day forum.
Sulzer has had the privilege of being a mentor to aspiring leaders throughout her career, which also included management roles at Dix & Eaton, a Cleveland-based PR firm, and NCR Corporation, where was named one of the company’s top 1 percent of employees.
A graduate of the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, Sulzer has participated in executive education at the Ohio State University Fisher School of Business and completed The Gallup Organization’s Great Manager training program. She is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and the Columbus chapter of the Women for Economic Leadership and Development (WELD.)
She is a volunteer for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Association, and participates in a women’s philanthropy collective, raising funds for local non-profits.
