Inspiring individuals to create positive change and mobilizing organizations towards a better future are the hallmarks of Eden’s 25-year career in communications, public relations and marketing, and, more recently, career and leadership coaching. Her experiences in both large corporations (Cardinal Health and NCR Corp.) and smaller enterprises (employee-owned PR firm and tech start-up) have given her insights to help navigate a diverse array of work environments, cultures and organizational structures.
Eden’s coaching philosophy is grounded in appreciative inquiry, an approach built on the simple notion that every individual has something meaningful to contribute. Identifying this powerful “something” inspires human potential and action for change. She is certified in The Birkman Method and completed the Gallup Organization’s Great Manager program, based on the Strengths methodology. In addition to career coaching, she offers executive coaching and facilitates a variety of custom workshops and team engagement sessions for organizations.
