To her coaching role at Crosworks, Erin brings a strong background in human resources. She has directly been involved in operations, talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, team development and more at companies, such as McLaren Lapeer Regional Hospital, Northwoods Consulting, IGS and Opendoor. These experiences provide deep insights and value to clients.
Acknowledging her entrepreneurial spirit and creativity, Erin also took her professional career into digital marketing and content creation. She loves to be crafty making wreaths and other home decor items.
Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from The Ohio State University and her Master of Professional Studies, Human Resources from Penn State University.
Erin is married and has a teenage son. In addition, she is a proud dog mama to two Goldendoodles, Oliver and Joey.
