Michelle is no stranger to helping others in an environment where paying attention to details matters. She started her career as a speech pathologist. Then, after working as a client with Crosworks, Michelle reinvented her career and moved into a human resource role at WD Partners. There, she was involved in recruiting, goal setting, talent development and more. Promoted to an expanded role, Michelle led all aspects of learning and development for the local and international teams she supported.
Michelle earned both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Duquesne University.
In her free time, Michelle teaches restorative yoga. She is passionate about meeting people wherever they are in their wellness journey and making the practice accessible to anyone interested in learning. She loves to spend time in nature, go on hikes with her husband and dog, bake and read.
