Rada has extensive experience in leadership coaching, training and development, and facilitation in diverse industries, including financial services, product development, education, technology, healthcare, and international gas and electric. In Columbus, Rada has worked for recognizable companies, such as Nationwide Financial and The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
Rada is credentialed by the International Coaching Foundation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), is a Certified Business Coach (CBC)™ and is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC)™ through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC)™. In addition, Rada is certified in WorkPlace BIG5™, Predictive Index (PI)®, DISC and Motivators, FIRO-B/FIRO Business®, Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment, and CCL 360 assessment tools. Also, Rada is certified in The Birkman Method™.
Rada earned a Masters degree in Public Health from The Ohio State University and also a Masters degree in Human Services from the University of Dayton.
Presently, Rada offers her professional talents to the community through volunteer engagements in The Youth Mental Health Project, NextUp Women and Columbus State’s Workforce and Transition Development Center. She is a foodie wanna be, loves to dance and kayak, and enjoys spending time with friends, family, her partner and their dogs.
