Rhonda’s commitment to and passion for helping people has been consistent throughout her career, serving in HR and administrative leadership capacities at financial and legal service firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Red Capital Group and Nationwide Financial. Currently, she teaches as an adjunct professor at Franklin University.
Rhonda is a continuous learner with both a B.S. in Human Resource and Business Management and a M.B.A. from Franklin University, in addition to a M.A. in Professional Practice of Coaching from Middlesex University.
Rhonda’s extensive coaching and HR credentials include the International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC) from the Retirement Coaches Association, Registered Corporate Coach from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, and certifications from both SHRM-SCP and HRCI-SPHR. She also is certified in The Birkman Method™ and the Aiir Consulting, Team Effectiveness Survey (TES). In 2023, Influence Digest recognized Rhonda in the Top 15 Coaches in Columbus.
Rhonda has spent her entire life in Central Ohio, where she raised two sons and now takes pleasure in the company of five grandchildren.
