At Crosworks, as part of our programs and workshops, we often utilize assessments that are chosen specifically to meet your goals and needs. The results add depth, objectivity and common language to the discussion. They are just one of many tools in our coaching “toolbox” designed to help clients gain valuable insights.

the Birkman Method ®

The Birkman Method® is one of our primary assessment tools as it provides both invaluable understanding and insights but a realistic means to manage positive, productive, long-standing change. All Crosworks coaches are certified to administer and interpret all level Birkman® reports.

In addition to Birkman®, Crosworks coaches are trained to conduct and interpret a wide range of assessment tools which will maximize a client’s learning and growth.
