FILLED | Coaching Experience Manager

Job Overview

Crosworks is looking for a part-time Coaching Experience Manager working 20-25 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours as our organization continues to grow. This flexible, hybrid position supports the Crosworks coaching team, handling various duties from preparing for workshops and events, running reports, customer follow-up and support, and other duties to optimize the coaching experience, as necessary.

As Coaching Experience Manager, reliability, consistency, and responsiveness are critical.  Exceptional organization and communication are key. We are seeking someone who is service-oriented, adaptable and believes details matter.  A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment is of the utmost importance for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Coaching Experience Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the coaching process at Crosworks, including but not limited to:

Optimize Coaching Systems and Support:

  • Thoroughly understand, troubleshoot, and optimize coaching processes from client scheduling and kickoff to follow-up, invoicing, and more
  • Create and maintain a service pipeline in our CRM system
  • Support coaches with technical challenges
  • Assist in onboarding (and offboarding) coaches
  • Support coaches with various projects and client communication, as needed

Develop and Maintain Coaching Resources:

  • Research, update, organize, and maintain all coaching resources including training materials
  • Work with the coaches to ensure documents are in the client folders, both before meetings, and at the end of the program

Prepare for Coaching Clients:

  • Prepare accurate and timely report portfolios for corporate and individual clients
  • Manage workshop event logistics
  • Discuss Crosworks service offerings clearly and confidently

Reporting:

  • Run regular key performance metrics on our service pipeline
  • Provide invoicing and service pipeline reports for invoicing

Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma required
  • College education in the areas of HR, Organizational Development, or Business Administration preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Google, and other common systems
  • Ability to learn and work with CRM systems

Qualified candidates must be completion-oriented with a high attention to detail, and demonstrate independence and good judgment. Curiosity and a willingness to investigate problems and offer solutions are key.  Candidates must provide an impermeable ability to keep information in confidence, as well as demonstrate a professional and friendly persona in tandem.

FILLED | Bookkeeper

Job Overview

Position: Bookkeeper (Part-time)

Crosworks is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper. Hours are flexible but expected to be about 10-15 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as our organization grows.

Located in Worthington, Ohio, this part-time position will support Crosworks’ owner and operations manager in a variety of financial duties including managing accounts payables and receivables, billing clients, tracking key performance metrics, running monthly reports, and more.

Working in a small office requires everyone in the office to be self-motivated, driven and willing to do whatever it takes to help the office run smoothly and to ensure an exceptional client experience.

As bookkeeper, applicant must demonstrate reliability, be detail-oriented, organized and responsive. Experience using Quickbooks and exceptional communication are key.  A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment is of the utmost importance for this role. 

Responsibilities Include 

  • Accurately record and verify day to day financial transactions using Quickbooks
  • Pay bills and invoice clients
  • Process payments
  • Run payroll
  • Work with accountant on any tax forms and reporting
  • Create monthly financial statements and report on key performance indicators

Qualifications

  • Proven bookkeeping experience; solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with Quickbooks, spreadsheets and other standard office applications

Crosworks is looking for an Operations Manager to work 25-35 hours per week. This flexible, hybrid position supports the Crosworks team and clients, handling a variety of operational duties from preparing for workshops and events to billing, scheduling, customer support, and more.

This position has one direct report, a part-time Office Assistant, who is responsible for variety of office administrative duties from preparing client files to filing, inventory, cleaning, etc.

Working in a small office requires everyone in the office to be self-motivated, driven and willing to do whatever it takes to help the office run smoothly and to ensure an exceptional client experience.

As Operations Manager, it is critical that you be reliable, consistent and responsive. Exceptional communication and organization is key. We are seeking someone who is service-oriented, adaptable and believes that details matter. RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Client and Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all back-office functions at Crosworks, including but not limited to:

  • Manage the Office
    – Document and maintain training materials
    – Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable including invoice review, approval and processing
    – Run regular key performance metrics
    – Manage office assistant and interns
    – Troubleshoot and optimize processes
    – Audit and maintain policies and procedures and associated training materials
    – Maintain the employee handbook
    – Digitize assets
    – Point of contact for all office equipment
  • Support our Clients
    – Respond to client requests, schedule appointments, and help prepare for and follow up to sales calls
    – Prepare reports and portfolios for corporate and individual clients
    – Discuss Crosworks service offerings with confidence and clarity
  • Support our Team
    – Manage workshop event details and logistics
    – Assist CEO in researching solutions and leading new initiatives
    – Support all coaches with various projects and client communication, as needed
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Located in Worthington, Ohio, this part-time, on-site position supports Crosworks owner, office manager and coaches in handling a variety of office administrative duties from preparing client files to billing, filing, inventory and more.

Working in a small office requires everyone in the office to be self-motivated, driven and willing to do whatever it takes to help the office run smoothly and to ensure an exceptional client experience.

As an office assistant, it is critical that you be reliable, consistent and responsive. Exceptional communication and organization is key. We are seeking someone who is service-oriented, adaptable and believes that details matter. A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment is of the utmost importance for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client requests and prepare for sales calls
  • Enter information relating to clients in our client database
  • Assemble client portfolios/binders
  • Create reports from client management and billing systems
  • Support all coaches with various projects and client communication
  • Prepare personalized thank you & referral notes
  • Manage inventory including stocking and ordering supplies and materials
  • Clean the workspaces – ex. dusting, dishes, recycling and more
  • File & digitize records
