OPEN | Marketing Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for the right person to support our marketing initiatives with the goal of expanding brand awareness within targeted, relevant audiences. This position will support Crosworks owner and coaches through a variety of marketing initiatives from sourcing content and writing posts to sharing events and reviews and more. This part-time position, about 15-20 hours per week, offers flexibility with most hours Monday-Friday.

Working in a small office requires everyone in the office to be self-motivated, driven and willing to do whatever it takes to help ensure an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking someone who is service-oriented, adaptable and believes that details matter. A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment is of the utmost importance for this role.

As a marketing assistant, it is critical that you grasp the mission and voice of Crosworks to convey our brand in relatable, accessible, effective and results-focused ways. 

Responsibilities
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence and explore new ways to reach and engage current and target clients
  • Create and maintain a quarterly content schedule
  • Manage content for various social channels including researching, interviewing, writing and sharing relevant articles 
  • Monitor, measure and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against success metrics such as click through rates, traffic, conversions and A/B testing results
  • Maintain and post our online events schedule
  • Lead SEO/Google Ad budget and execution
  • Lead all Crosworks online and offline marketing material 
  • Discuss Crosworks service offerings with confidence and clarity
  • Stay abreast of marketing techniques to recommend new marketing opportunities
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required
  • College education in the areas of Marketing, Communications, Business or Graphic Design preferred
  • 1+ years experience in marketing desired
  • Experience in website CMS, email marketing, CRM and Analytics
  • Knowledge of database marketing, targeting, and segmentation
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills
  • Excellent organization, project and time management skills
  • Completion-oriented with a high attention to detail
  • Independent with good judgment

Job Overview

We are looking for certified resume writers to partner with our coaching team. This contract position will support Crosworks clients by working hand in hand with job seekers to craft their new resumes, cover letters and Linkedin profiles so our clients stand out from the crowd.

We are seeking someone who is customer-focused, responsive, adaptable and believes that details matter. A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment is of the utmost importance for this role. As a partner resume writer, it is critical that you be communicative, reliable, organized and certified in relevant, effective resume writing techniques.

This part-time position varies in hours and offers flexibility with most hours Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Help our clients reach their professional goals
  • Respond to client pricing requests in a timely manner
  • Write and design resumes that are relevant and effective with both people and ATS systems
  • Convey clients’ professional brands in a way that sets them apart from other candidates
  • Update clients’ LinkedIn profiles to reflect each person’s unique professional brand
  • Discuss Crosworks service offerings with confidence and clarity
  • Support coaches as needed with feedback on client resumes
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required
  • College education in the areas of HR, Communications, Graphic Design more other relevant education
  • 3+ years of experience in resume writing OR 5+ years of cumulative experience in the following areas: Human Resources (hiring), career services, career consulting, or recruiting
  • Certification from one of the major career organizations is preferred but not required (NRWA, CDI, CPRW, CRS etc.)
  • Knowledge of various resume formats, ATS capabilities and the ability to determine the best formats for each individual

We are looking for the right person to run our office as a part-time professional office manager. This part-time position will support Crosworks owner and coaches in handling a variety of office administrative duties from preparing client files to billing, filing, organizing workshops, inventory and more. This part-time position, 25-35 hours per week, offers flexibility with most hours Monday-Friday.

Working in a small office requires everyone in the office to be self-motivated, driven and willing to do whatever it takes to help the office run smoothly and to ensure an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking someone who is service-oriented, adaptable and believes that details matter. A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment is of the utmost importance for this role.

As an office manager, it is critical that you be reliable, consistent and responsive to the coaches and clients at Crosworks. Exceptional communication and organization is key.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and consult with clients, welcoming them to the office
  • Respond to client requests, schedule appointments and prepare for sales calls
  • Discuss Crosworks service offerings with confidence and clarity
  • Assemble client portfolios/binders
  • Coordinate training and workshop materials
  • Conduct regular billing of clients; create reports from billing system
  • Support all coaches with various projects and client communication
  • Create presentations/spreadsheets/word documents
  • Prepare personalized thank you & referral notes
  • Manage inventory including stocking and ordering supplies and materials
  • Explore new market opportunities
  • Execute and analyze customer surveys
  • Clean the workspaces – dusting, dishes, trash and more
  • File & digitize records
  • Document and maintain training material for all office management processes
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required
  • College education in the areas of HR, Organizational Development or Business Operations preferred
