Happy New Year! We are excited about 2012 and introducing you to our newest team members: Amber Dinopolous and Nancy Brower. Both Amber and Nancy bring unique talents and skills to Crosworks.
Amber’s most recent position was with Honda Of America, where she led their Career Management Program. She has a strong interest in working with youth in our Future Focus program, assisting high school and college-aged students with finding the right career path. Her work in organizational development has assisted with our clients in team building and improving communications for increased productivity. Amber recently obtained her Master’s in Organizational Development from Bowling Green.
Nancy Brower is an experienced career coach and consultant who most recently managed professional services at a global human resource firm, Right Management. Her insightful and thoughtful approach supports senior executives and mid-career professionals in career management and transition with both strategic and tactical counsel. In addition, she has conducted multiple seminars and forums guiding groups through transition to achieve career success.
