As our partnerships with individuals and organizations continue to expand, Crosworks is building our team to meet the growing demand for our services. We are excited to announce that Eden Sulzer, a career coach and talent strategist at Crosworks, has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Coaching. In this role, Eden will be responsible for strategic leadership and operational oversight of our coaching team. She will lead the training and professional development of our coaches, as well as the evolution of our coaching curriculum and tools.
Coaching Experience
Eden joined Crosworks more than two years ago and has proven her ability to help clients find their voices, clarify their professional goals, and achieve impressive results. Her clients range from early-career professionals to high-potential executives, who have recognized her with numerous referrals and five-star ratings.
Prior to joining Crosworks, Eden spent 20+ years in communications, public relations and marketing. Being a part of both large corporations (Cardinal Health, NCR Corp) and smaller enterprises (employee-owned PR firm, tech start-up), she honed her ability to navigate a diverse array of work environments, cultures and organizational structures.
