To do this, you will work closely with one of our career strategists to dig deeply into your personal and professional tendencies. Our career strategists invest time in getting to know you. They ask the right questions based on your past experiences, your interests, your goals, and your aspirations. Through one-on-one sessions, we will guide you through an objective evaluation to assess your skills, interests, values, and motivational needs. These assessments are conducted with Crosworks’ branded assessment tools, as well as the Birkman Method Advanced Assessment. Once the exploratory work is done, our career strategist will work with you to develop a plan of action for your next career move, so that you may achieve true fulfillment.
