This powerful tool not only pinpoints individual strengths, motivations, perceptions and workplace behaviors, it also provides a framework for understanding interpersonal interactions.
The four-step Maximize Your Talent program guides team members through self-reflection, helping them grow by looking inward, and goal setting, establishing measurable goals and timeframes in both the short and long-term. The program continues through the monitoring and adjusting of personal accountability and finishes with a presentation of one’s experience, goals and plans to reinforce ownership and enhance visibility.
