Neha supports organizations to lead with care and create high-performing teams with cultures of safety and belonging. As a woman of color with 15 years of success in management consulting and high-tech, including Linkedin & BetterUp, Neha supports leaders globally in small to large companies (including Fortune 500) across various levels and industries. Her work includes leaders at Adobe, Linkedin, Airbnb, Geico, Marriott and more.
Neha is on a mission to humanize our workplaces. Her leadership and coaching style is greatly influenced by Kevin Cashman’s definition of leadership: “Authentic self-expression that creates value.”
At LinkedIn, Neha led one the company’s most complex product launches, managing over 100 global stakeholders, and was recognized for her compassionate, collaborative and results-oriented leadership. While at Mercedes Benz, Neha led the ideation and concept creation for a new transportation service, leading to one of the first sustainable offerings serving families. She also worked as a management consultant, serving clients in the healthcare sector.
Neha is a talented storyteller and writer. Her Linkedin essays have received over 1M views in the last year and her writing has been featured on Fast Company and Motherly. She is a trained yoga and meditation teacher, too.
Neha is a graduate of the Co-Active Training Institute and certified by the ICF (PCC). She is certified in the Shift Positive 360 methodology. Neha has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering, a master’s degree in Management of Information Systems, and an MBA in Sustainable Management.
