Future Focus

Think about a personal and customized approach for young adults — high school graduates and college-aged students. In Crosworks’ Future Focus program, you’ll utilize The Birkman Method to assess your own natural interests and skills. By making you more self-aware, you’ll have a better understanding to make decisions on your education and/or career. This thorough assessment, along with private 1:1 sessions with a Career Strategist, will empower your future career success.
