I got a lot out of the Crosworks 8-week Career Coaching program. It was very structured, helped me identify my priorities for my next role, and gave me specific tactics to find it. My coach Rhonda and I really enjoyed working together.

I was referred to Crosworks by a friend after struggling with my job search for nearly two years. I started exploring new career options but had difficulty finding something that felt right. Working with Robin Howard was like working with a career counselor. She never tried to tell me what career I should choose; she simply provided me with the tools I needed to find it myself. About two-thirds of the way through my sessions, I decided to pursue nonprofit development, and about a week after my last session, I landed my first role. I don't know where I would have ended up on my own, but I know for sure I wouldn't be where I am now without Robin's help. For the first time since April 2022, I have a job I am excited about, doing work I am proud of, and looking forward to growing in my career. I know that their price may seem a bit high to many who are unemployed and trying to save money, but all I can say is that if you're serious about finding a job you enjoy—not just tolerate—this is money well spent.

I really enjoyed the career counseling services at Crosworks and working with my coach, Robin. I really needed help understanding how to search for a job in today's market. Besides the very useful information, what I really found valuable was the coaching aspect. Insecurities I'd held on to were challenged and overcoming those has been a weight lifted from my shoulders. If you feel lost in your job hunt, this will help. I felt overwhelmed every time I even thought about looking for work and if you do too, you will appreciate the structure of the sessions. The sessions build on one another in a way that you'll appreciate because when critical thoughts creep in, you've built a foundation with the program that helps you push forward with evidence that you are in the right place and learning the right things. I am still looking for work, but I'm doing so confidently and with an ease that comes from trusting in the process and knowing that if I continue pushing forward with networking, something will come of it. I've already been surprised that I've made connections in an industry that I'm passionate about, but don't have direct experience in and I can tell you right now it's because Robin was a great coach. I just finished the Job Search Strategies course with Rhonda. It's been so helpful to learn new tools, and how things keep evolving in the professional field. She was a delight to work with, very understanding and friendly. I wasn't sure what to expect from this, but it exceeded all of those expectations. My level of confidence while applying and searching for jobs has changed dramatically for the best. If you're thinking about it, this is your sign to go ahead and do it! You won't be dissapointed.

I'm not happy with how they conduct their business and I wholeheartedly believe not all of these perfect reviews are real. They talk a good game and seem very convincing, but they are salespeople at the end of the day. Not here to help you out of the kindness of their heart haha. They refuse to give you any assistance at all if you can't afford the money or time it takes to complete their 12 week program. I was supposed to receive a follow-up months ago from the owner about tailoring some career guidance toward my unique situation, but nothing. I can't afford their outrageous pricing or time commitment and quite frankly I do not know more than a handful of people that can. This gives me the impression of a scam, you know that gut feeling something is wrong? Be careful when they start assuring you with word salad, niceties, and platitudes. This place reeks of elitism, they absolutely are not here to serve the community that's for sure. They want your monnnneeeyy and lots of it. Update: No, I will not contact you for more word salad and no solutions. Sorry you can't find records of my interactions with your staff, but that's probably because you never followed up once you discovered I could not afford the cost and did not want a 12 week program that includes services I don't feel even apply to my situation and never will. And you keep saying personalized, but it's not personalized. You're just like every other "career guidance" place in central Ohio: Full of bull and not working for the individual. If it was truly personalized, you would not have tried to pressure me into an expensive contract for things I expressly denied wanting, despite me telling you there ARE other services I wanted to experience. You can justify your pricing and practices by making claims about the "thousands of clients" but I'm not sure it makes any difference. You know what you're doing, don't lie.
